Domestic Shipping and Deliveries

  • Free Delivery for all the orders to be delivered in India.
  • Every product design and stiching is different so dispatch time depends on the process.
  • Dispatch will only take place once the product is ready fully.
  • Once the product is dispatched, the delivery will depend on the city you reside in.
  • We work from Monday-Friday. Weekends are off for everyone working with us.

International Shipping and Deliveries

  • A flat shipping fees of INR 3500 is applicable on all international order.
  • The dispatch timeline for each outfit is specified on the product page and is calculated based on the amount of process involved. Just in case your order contains multiple outfits, then the dispatch timeline is calculated as per the outfit that takes the most amount of time.
  • We only use reputed shipping carrier for international order.
  • The Delivery timeline depends upon the country to which the order is to be deliver.
  • You can always get in touch with a customer support team to inquire about delivery timelines to your country.
  • Please note that a delivery and dispatched timeline are based on the concept of working/business day and do not factor Saturday and Sunday which is an off for our facilities and also for our international courier partner.
  • Please always provide an accurate and complete shipping address including the pin-code along with the mobile number that you are available at to insure smooth delivery of your order.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15-21 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Juley By Chetali Ghezta is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15-21 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
