Please go through the table below to address your concern.
- If you face any kind of issue, make sure to register a request by intimating us within 2-4 days of delivery.
- Due to customs and shipping or logistical issue, none of the international orders placed on our website are eligible for return and exchange.
- In case you are returning an item, you will be provided with a credit note that will be valid on a website for three months from its date of issue.
- In case you wish to exchange and item you will have to purchase something for equal price, value or more.
- All the items being return/exchanged should have its original tags intact and should not be used, should be unworn and free from stains and marks whatsoever.
- An altered item/ product is not eligible for exchange/return request
- If an item is bought from sales section, its should not be eligible for exchange/return.
- The cost of reverse shipping the item back to our warehouse would have to be borne by customer, and incase of exchange, we will bear the cost of shipping the new item.
Damaged Product
Any product damaged during transportation is eligible for an return/exchange/repair as long as we have been intimated within 48 hour of delivery.
Please make sure damaged product reaches the warehouse within 7 days. Beyond this timeline we won’t be able to accept the merchandise, resolution will only be given after my team has assess the damage.
